Development of an integrated science teaching learning package connected models using guided inquiry approach on the topic of alcohol and cigarettes is intended to describe the feasibility of learning, student learning achievement, and the students' response to the learning that was developed. By applying the teaching learning package developed in limited testing is expected that students actively in learning science in accordance with the integrated guided inquiry approach. The development of teaching learning package using 4-D model of the development. Analysis was conducted by an expert of chemistry, an expert of biology, and one lecturers of science. Validation was performed by an expert of chemistry, one lectures of science and one teacher of sciences. The development of teaching learning package consists of syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials, and student achievement test are good and feasible for use in teaching learning activities. Teaching learning package  that has been validated, tested in class VIII SMPN 1 Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro by the number of 35 students. The results of this study indicated that the integrated model of learning science connected with guided inquiry approach on the topic of alcohol and cigarettes was feasible to use with the contents of eligibility score 3.32; 3.18 linguistic appropriateness, and feasibility of presentation 3.97. While the general student learning achievement include cognitive, psychomotor, and affective completeness criteria have minimal percentage respectively 74.3%, 82.8% and 83.9%. Also based on the questionnaire, students have responded positively to the learning of 92.2%.
