This study was to determine revenue and contribution of female farmers on oil palm business. This study was conducted from April to May 2014 , at the Kasoloang Village Bambaira District of North. Respondents were the entire oil palm growers at the region. This was because the oil palm growers only 30 people, analysis model used was analysis of revenue and analysis of R/C. The results showed that the labor force participation of female growers in the village was 11.51 man-day, 2.76 man-day for planting , 1.6 man-day for fertilizing, and harvesting need 7.10 man-day . The average income was 15,103,823 IDR per ha. Contribution of women growers was 11.23% or 4,677,312 IDR, and the rest was contributed by male workers.
