The development of education is rapidly increasing. It is characterized by the emergence of early childhood education in today's world of public education. Increasing number of early childhood education, educators need to be balanced with quality. One hallmark quality educators is to have appropriate academic qualifications standards. This study aims to identify thes of which is owned by educators through of Pierre Bourdieu's theory of capital. In addition, this study also aims to determine the capital betting happens in the ECD El-Fath. This study uses a qualitative approach to phenomenology of Edmund Husserl and using observation, interview and documentation as data collectors. This research was conducted in early childhood El-Fath Sumenep with research subjects dieambil educators. This study shows that every educator has accumulated capital with different. The capital includes social capital, culture capital, symbolic capital and economic capital.. Differences owned capital accumulation led to the classification of teachers into two, namely professional educators and educators "just profession". Both do a capital stake in the realm of the implementation of learning and meeting activities. The betting in the end shows the struggle for power and position in the realm of early childhood education as a whole.
