The background of this research comes from the low level of the learning result on the student of the fifth grade at sidokare 4 elementary school in the Science lesson, caused by the less innovation of the teacher in the learning process, it is still using the conventional way and makes the student ignore the lesson and prefer to speak one another than listen to the teacher's explanation. From the learning reflection is known that there are 62,5% student haven't reached the minimum finished criterion (KKM). Because of the problem the researcher offer the solution to handle it by applying a led inkuiri learning model inscience lesson.The research model which is used consisth of 2 cycles. The subject of the research is the students of the fifth grade elementary school of Sidokare 4 Sidoarjo. There are 32 students, 16 boys and 16 girls. The research data is gotten from the observationand test. The observation data is analyzed in the from of percentage and the avarage score in learning process. The test data is analyzed by the percentage of classical finished learning.The result pointed that the percentage of the implementation of the teacher's activity in the first cycle is 66,67% an in the second cycle there is an increasingbecome 93,75%. The student's activities in the first cycle is 67,05% and in the second cycle there is an increasing become 84,73% at the finished learning. It is also increase at the test of skill process, in the first cycle is 68,75% and in the second cycle 93,75% at the finished learning.From the result of the research the data gotten is increasing in the activity of the students and duringthe first and second cycle. From the result is concluded that the application af a led inkuiri learning model can increase the skill process and the learning result of the fifth grade student of Sidokare 4 elementary school Sidoarjo.
