This study aims to determine 1) Determine the feasibility of android-based application as a learning medium engineering physics course in sub - section kinematics motion. 2) Knowing the response of students to use android based applications in teaching and learning process engineering physics course in sub - section kinematics motion. This study uses research and development and analysis of learning outcomes using this type of research development. Sample population used in this study were 20 students majoring in mechanical engineering. Analysis of the data for validation of the learning device using descriptive analysis, while analysis of the results of student learning to differentiate the learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test used t-test method Paired-sample t-test. The results of this research can be concluded that: (1) Based on the analysis of the t-test method Paired-sample t-test showed that there are differences in learning outcomes between pre-test and post-test. Increasing learning outcomes by 11.5% (2) The response of students to the use and feasibility of application of this technique physics obtain a percentage of 90.83% stated strongly agree with the statement.
