Abstract

Use of speech method cause the student become boring and being lazy. So that, when the teacher ask about the lessons taught, student can’t answer, so that the student achievement not maximum. From 2014-2015 school years from 73 students with the score of minimum completeness criteria is 75. From the data obtained, 20 students (27%) get score above the minimum completeness criteria, 10 students (14%) get the minimum completeness score, and 43 students (59%) get score bellow the minimum completeness criteria. Therefore, reseacher apply quantum teaching model that there are many fun learning strategy. This kind of research is classroom action research with the research subject in class X TKR 2 at SMKN 2 Lamongan 2015/2016. This classroom action research model with used is Hopkins Model. The variable is learning result, activity and student responses. This result with 2 cycle and data collecting technique with used is test observation, and questionnaire which applied in the form of research instrument. Data obtained then be gathered analyzed in qualitative descriptive. The result of research show that student’s activity on cycle I the score increase is 64,46% and then become 85,56% on cycle II.  The classical completeness on cycle I is 63% increase 91% on cycle II. Therefore can be concluded that quantum teaching model can use to improve students achievement of class X TKR 2 SMKN 2 Lamongan 2015/2016 school years.   Keyword: Quantum Teaching Model, Study Achievement
