Abstract

This action research started from the findings of a problem that occurs in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to implement a model of learning that can improve the learning outcomes of students. The design study is classroom action research (PTK) are implemented on a class X TKR 1 SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo in the academic year 2016/2017 with the number of 34 learners. Data collection techniques used are the individual tests and observation which is applied in the form of research instruments. From the data analysis it can be concluded that by applying TAI type of cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes of students with classical completeness of 64.71% in the first cycle to 82.35% in the second cycle.
