Abstract

  The aim of this research was to know effects of the implementation project based learning model toward learning activities and student learning achievement on basic competence of making crochet on finished object. Type of this research was Classroom Action Research. Data collecting method was observation. This research conducted in SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro on grade X Fashion Design with 29 students. Data analysis was using descriptive quantitative. The result shows that teacher activities by the implementation of project based learning model at cycle I and II obtained mean respectively 82.6% and 90.9%. Student activity at cycle I obtained result 85.6% and at cycle II obtained result 89.7%. Student learning achievement at cycle I obtained mean score 75.5 and at cycle II obtained mean score 85. The completeness of student learning achievement at cycle I obtained result 58.6% and at cycle II obtained result 93%. The finding of this research are improves teacher performance, improves student learning achievement and completeness.   Keywords:             project based learning model, student learning achievement, competence of making crochet on finished object
