This research aims to produce animated video learning media growth and development in plants viable theoretical and empirical, and describe the theoretical feasibility of media based on the media feasibility assessment assessed by the validator and describe the empirical feasibility media based on observations of student activity and student response. This research is the development of research refers to the method of research and development (R & D). The sample used in this research were students of class VII-A, amounting to 39 students. The data obtained in this study include data from validation of feasibility by the validator, student activity observed by the observer and the results of student questionnaire responses. The results showed that the media of video lessons on plant growth and development is very feasible in theory with result at 86,35%. Empirically based on result of observation students activity obtained excellent results with percentages of 95,31% and based on the results of student responses obtained with result at 95,55% is very feasible criteria, thus it can be concluded that the video learning media on plant growth and development is very suitable to be used as a learning medium that can facilitate learning process.
