The aims at this study are to describe the feasibility of student’s worksheet that oriented life skill in the environmental pollution in junior high school class VII of validation’s results toward conformance criteria for life skill education, feasibility of the content, presentation and language, and then it is seen in learning outcomes and student’s response to student worksheet that is developed. The development of student worksheet was used 4 – D’s models (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate), however in this study is only limited on stage limited test phase. The student worksheet was tried on fifteen students of VII-F grade of state junior high school of SMPN Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro. The results showed that student’s worksheet has developed so it is suitable to be used in the learning process. It can be seen from the validation’s results of student’s worksheet toward conformance criteria life skill education, feasibility of the content, presentation and language, with each percentage of 87.5%, 85.71%, 88.54%, and 98.58%. For the result on knowledge competence is obtained an average value of 3.10 on good category with completeness percentage 86.67%. For result of rational thinking, social and pre-vocational life skill each attitudes obtained an percentage value 85.41%, 87.71%, and 85.01%. The student responds is very agree to develop the worksheet for about 89.4%. Keywords: life skill, student’s worksheet, environmental pollution.
