The results of observation showed that the fourth grade students State Elementary School Tambakrejo Waru Sidoarjo had trouble in writing description. The student can find the idea based on picture which was observed. The fact which caused the student problem in writing description was the teacher still used metoda which not made the learning was easy for the students to increase the skill of writing description and the students still misunderstanding the ability of writing description yet. The aims of the research are: describing the learning with the use of study tour metoda in fourth grade sdn, describing the learning result of writing description in the learning with the use study tour in fourth grade sdn, and describing the problems was happened in the learning with the use karya wisata metoda in fourth grade students in sdn, and how to resolve. This research used the action research was conducted in two cycles, and every cycles which include: planning, acting and observing, and reflecting. The technic for of gathering data in the research using by technic observation, test, and field notes. The data was analized using by kualitatif and kuantitatife technic. The research result of the teacher activity in cycle 1 and 2 get percentage was 100%, in cycle In the score reached 76,79 and the cycle II the score reached 84,11. The classical completeness of writing description result in cycle 2 reached 46,66%, while in cycle 2 reached 90%. The problems which happen was the teacher focused the students whom sit in behind less and how to resolve it with gived the teaching to all of student, although the student who sit in front of class or in behind.
