The application of uninnovatif learning caused poor student's learning result. So, the research have a purpose to describe application cooperative learning tiped NHT, learning result of social studies, the obstacles that arise in learning process and the way to solve. This research uses a Classroom Action Research design (CAR), which is done in two cycles, and each cycle consists of three stages. The data gathered with observation, test, and field script. The data which had been collected were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.The result of the research showed that the learning proses cauld carried out well. The student learning result as classical average and classical completeness got better and the constraints encountered could fixed well.
