Abstract

Science teaching in junior high school / MTs until now less attention to aspects of knowledge, skills and attitude aspect aspect. This causes the student opportunities involved in the learning process, and the opportunity to develop themselves to the learning outcomes less .. This study aims to 1) Keterlaksanaan science learning material digestion and health in Class VIII at MTs Nurul Khoir, 2) learning outcomes digestion and material science health in Class VIII at MTs Nurul Khoir, 3) student response IPA digestion and health materials in Class VIII at MTs Nurul Khoir. The results showed that 1) Keterlaksanaan science learning material on the health of the digestive and eighth grade students at MTs Nurul Khoir has been done effectively with a percentage breakdown of meeting 1 is 3.37 (good) and the second meeting was 3.87 (very good), 2 ) The results of material science and learning digestion and health in Class VIII at MTs Nurul Khoir of aspects of knowledge by using the evaluation with the percentage of 67% has not been reached in the classical completeness, from the aspect of the student's skills with a percentage of 3.46 (very good) and from the aspect of attitude students above 3 (very good), 3) Questionnaire responses showed that the students had a positive response to the application of material science learning models digestion and health in Class VIII at MTs Nurul Khoir  Keywords: STAD cooperative models, Science Learning , Curriculum 2013.
