Background of the research is not yet the availability of learning modules is good and viable as a proponent of learning theory as well as practice. The development of this module to enhance the learning outcomes of students on subjects the starter system, especially on basic competencies to identify and repair the starter system starter system for class XII in Light Vehicle Engineering 1 Jatirejo. The purpose of the research is produce a worthy module by having the terms of the validation by the validator has a good level of validity and knowing the increase in student learning outcomes. This research method using model ADDIE with five stages of the development process. Research and implementation of 1 conducted in Jatirejo, Mojokerto. Instruments used to measure the value of the kevalidan module to use the question form to Professor expert design, material, and language students. The measuring instrument as a value of the eligibility module with either a limited trial in two stages in order to know the increase in student learning outcomes. The data obtained are then analyzed are descriptive. Based on the results of the research note that the results of the validation of the module by expert lecturers matei 92% earn a percentage with the eligibility criteria of the module is very worthy, validation of linguists get a percentage amounting to 84% with a very decent criteria as well as validation of design experts get a percentage of 80% with eligibility criteria. Improvement of learning results by using the car starter system modules of conventional types can be seen from the average value of pre-and post test-yaitupre test-test with a grade average of 62.87 and post-test has an average rating of 78.70.
