Advocates as set in regulation number 18 year 2003 describes that advocates are known to be a very noble profession of law and called as the honorable profession (Officium Nobile). It is stated that advocates have the rights and immunity regarding to their duties and profession as advocates. This immunity right is important for advocates as law enforcement and their entity rights which stand separately from the clients.In addition, the immunity right based on law number 18 year 2003 on advocates and decision of Supreme Court number 26/PUU-XI/2013 determined the liberty of advocates as the law enforcement in Indonesia to do their duties in the best interests of the client in good faith.
