The main duty of a Muslim is to perform the five daily prayers a day. One of the requirements of the validation of prayer is by obligated to purify themselves first by means of ablution. Ablution can be done anytime, not only at the time before the prayer, but can also when it is small hadats. Ablution can be done by standing or sitting. The study was conducted at Jami 'Al-Karim Pesanggrahan and Ash Shaff Emerald Bintaro Mosque in ablution room which has wudhu sitting and standing room, in order to compile the two ablution rooms by measuring the level of ergonomics of ablution room and with the existing standard. Data collection is done by observation. Observation data processing using observation matrix, then the result of observation using main score interval. The results of observation of ablution room of Jami 'Al-Karim Pesanggrahan Mosque and Ash Shaff Emerald Bintaro Mosque shows 5 of 7 ergonomic factors have met the standard and the rest have not met the standard. Factors in the ablution room that have not met the standard is the completion of the interior in the ablution room standing and sitting. While the rest such as vertical circulation, material, lighting, penghawaan, and horizontal circulation already meets the standards. Criteria that do not meet the standards in both ablution room in both mosques are equally 3 criteria. The difference between the faucet (sitting), the tap height (standing) and the width of the seat in the ablution room, while in the Ash Shaff Mosque has not met the standard on the criteria of the distance between the taps (standing) And the distance between the holder. However, after being processed using the interval method, Al-Karim Pesanggrahan Mosque got an average value of 2.08 (Good) and Ash Shaff Emerald Bintaro Mosque got an average value of 2.43 (Very Good).
