Analisis Produktivitas Hydraulic Static Pile Driver pada Pembangunan Apartemen Victoria Square Tower B Tangerang Banten

Abstract

In building an apartment construction requires attention in the construction implementation, especially in the erection work. The construction location of Victoria Square Apartment Tangerang Tower B Banten is located in a residential area and has limited mobility, so a solution related to the erection work is needed so as not to cause vibration/noise to the surrounding environment. In the case study of the construction of the Victoria Square Tower B Tangerang Banten Apartment, the erection method used was using a Hydraulic Static Pile Driver. The types of work in the erection consist of Move to The Point, Lifting Pile, Clamping & Piling, Joint Pile (Welding), Dolly, and Cutting Pile. The results of the descriptive analysis in this study obtained the lowest production value of Hydraulic Static Pile Driver is 0.225 meters/minute or equivalent to 13.5 meters/hour and the highest production value is 1.364 meters/minute or equivalent to 82 meters/hour.
