Pengaruh Kepribadian Extraversion dan Agreeableness terhadap Keterlibatan Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of personality traits (extraversion and agreeableness) on job involvement. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire from previous research. The questionnaire was distributed to 77 teaching staff (non-ASN) Raden Fatah Islamic University in Palembang. Validity and reliability testing is used to test the contents of the questionnaire. Statistical tests using linear regression to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that personality extraversion and agreeableness has a positive and significant effects on job involvement. Keywords: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Job Involvement
