An opening system and roof cover for rice husk have been built. YL-83 rain sensor and LM35 temperature sensor are used as input variables to control the roof and heater. The main control on the system is Arduino Uno based on the ATmega328 Microcontroller. The roof is designed in two arms so that it can be folded. When the rain sensor detects rain, the roof will unfold the roof to cover and protect the grain. If the temperature measured by the LM35 temperature sensor is lower than 23 ° C, then the roof will close in the event the heater turns on. If the temperature is greater than 50 ° C, the roof will close without igniting the heater. The entire system has been tested and has been functioning with a very good response.
