Abstract

SMK Letris Indonesia 2 is a private school located in South Tangerang. A decline in the performance of teachers due to lack of managerial headmasters by suvervisi, lack of employee motivation and organizational climate. One contributing factor to improve the performance of teachers is to reward teachers that raises motivation to work better. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Managerial principal, work motivation and organizational climate, the performance of teachers in vocational Letris Indonesia 2. Sampling technique used is non probability with the census, where the entire population of 60 people sampled. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression or multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of managerial principal, work motivation and organizational climate partially positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Simultaneously, three independent variables managerial principal, work motivation and organizational climate positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers in vocational Letris Indonesia 2
