The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of Work compensation and work environment on Morale of employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediation at PT. Pacific Metro International. The population in this research were as many as100 employees. Determination the number of sampel in this research is done by using the formula slovin, in order to obtain the number of sampel studied were 80 employees. This research use qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Test conducted with the system simultaneously and partially.With causal step method from Baron and Keny. Research findings showed that when tested by partially or simultaneously compensation and work environment has significant influence on Morale of employee performance, and mediation test in this research indicates that Job Satisfaction were mediation variabel between the influence of compensation and work environment on Morale of employee performance, the influence were absolutetly.
