This study measured the imfact of Training and Compensation of Employee Performance with the motivation as variable intervening on Mikro Laju Cluster Jakarta 2 PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The independent variables consist of Training and Compensation, while intervening variable in this study is Motivation. Total population examined in this study were 52 respondents, where sample withdrawal technique uses the census namely by involving the entire population.The study was conducted by a couple of stages. The first stage is to explore the theory of literature and data collection of objects in research. The second stage is to test the feasibility of using the data reliability test and validity test. The third stage calculates the adjusted coefficient of determination and the establishment of the regression equation. The next stage is research hypothesis testing using the partial parameter significance UII and simultaneous significance testing and regression testing intervening variable.The results of this study prove that partially, Training and Compensation variables and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, both variables simultaneously Training and Compensation significant effect on employee performance. Further research showed no motivation as a intervening variable and not mediation the effect of training on employee performance, not also the influence of Compensation on employee performance.
