This research is about "Influence of Career Development and Work Environment on Employee Performance With job satisfaction as an intervening variable in companies SinjargaSantika Sport. The dependent variable in this research is employee performance. Intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction. And the independent variables consist of Career Development and Work Environment.Total population respondents surveyed in the PT. SinjaragaSantika Sport was 70 employees, whil for The sampling method was census method, which is where all members of a population of 70 people given the same opportunity to the respondents.Research carried out by several phases, the first phase is to understand the deeper terori taken from the literature or by descriptive statistics and data from the object researched. The second step is to test the feasibility of data using validity and reliability test. And for the last stage is the stage with hypothesis testing using t test and F test to test the hypothesis partially or simultaneously. Furthermore calculated the adjusted coefficient of determination and the formation of a regression equation.These results prove: career development significant effect on job satisfaction. Work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Moderation effect of job satisfaction on career development can not affect the performance of the employee. Moderation influence job satisfaction on the work environment can not add strength to the performance of employees.Keywords; job performance; job satisfaction; career development; work environment
