Abstract

This research was motivated by declining number of consumen who visited Nevatara ice cream store in early 2015, it indicates that the customer Buying Decision in Nevatara Ice cream store has decreased. As for the problem of this research was Word Of Mouth, and the quality of services affect indirectly on Buying decision with product quality as an moderating variable in Nevatara Ice cream Store? The purpose of this study was to find out about these variables influences the customer buying decision or didn't influence the customer buying decisison in Nevatara Ice cream store. This research used primary data obtained from the distribution of quetionnaires. The technique of sampling in this study using accidental sampling method. The number of sample obtained by 106 respondent form all consumer in Nevatara Ice cream stores located in warakas, regional of north Jakarta. Then, the respondent answer were analyzed with spss program. The results of this study indicate that the Word Of Mouth Promotion significant effect on the costumer Buying decision, the quality of services significantly effect on Costumer Buying decision. The Word Of Mouth Promotion and quality of service jointly significant effect on the Costumer Buying Decision. Product Quality as16moderating variable was not able to strengthen the Word Of Mouth promotion to the Costumer decision and Product Quality as moderating variable was not able to strengthen the quality of services to the Costumer Buying Decision.
