Abstract

This study on the "Influence of Culture and Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Performance Production Division PT. SMU Jakarta, "against the background by the instability of the performance achieved by employees of the production division of PT. SMU Jakarta. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents production division employees as the population and through literature. Sampling using a sampling technique called simple random method (Simple Random Sampling) and determination of the number of samples using Slovin formula, in order to obtain a sample of 73 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Results of the analysis proved that in partial organizational culture, organizational climate and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously variable organizational culture, organizational climate and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.
