The purpose of this research to: 1) Describe MAPAUD Singing utilization, 2) Determine the level of student mastery against MAPAUD Singing program. The research was conducted in Sidoarjo, Semarang, Bandung, and Yogyakarta. Population of the study are early childhood teachers and students with a sample of 48 early childhood teachers and 244 students drawn at random. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that: all kindergarten/early childhood of the subject of MAPAUD Singing utilization has been implementing learning by utilizing MAPAUD Singing utilization in accordance with the guidelines. In the level of student mastery of MAPAUD Singing program indicated that students were able to understand MAPAUD Singing.
