This study aims to see the effectiveness of problem solving learning (PS) on PhET integration on the topic of dynamic electric. The study was conducted in 3 classes at SMAN 1 Malang and 3 classes at SMAN 4 Malang with groups taught with PS integrated PhET, PS, and conventional. Each group consists of 2 classes with a total of 48 students. 20 reasoned multiple-choices questions were used in posttest to measure differences in the average score of each group. Data analysis used one-way anova and further tests using the Tukey's HSD test. Based on the results of the analysis obtained Fh = 22.31. With Ft = 3.06, it can be concluded that the average score of the three groups is significantly different at α = 0.05. Based on further tests it was found that the PS group was integrated with PhET better than the PS group, and the PS group was better than the conventional group.
