Then the money is stored electronically in an electronic money medium that can be used as a means of payment to traders and nonpublishers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, referred to as a research method whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The research approach is carried out using a normative qualitative approach, namely by means of being used in legal research conducted by examining existing library materials.
