Abstract

Improving the quality of education should be accompanied by an increase in teacher professionalism. Professionalism teachers play an important role in the success of learning. The increase begins with college as a professional teacher candidate. One way is with Lesson study based PPL. As for the stages, namely the plan, do, and see. If this stage is done well will improve the professionalism of prospective teachers. Based on this it can be seen that: 1) Lesson Study-based PPL is an effective way that can improve the quality of prospective teachers in innovative learning; and 2) a well-designed PPL based Lesson study will result in a professional teacher.
