The study aims to examine and analyze the influence of goal specifity and goal difficulty on psychological empowerment on teaching staff at Rowokele 1 public high schools Kebumen district. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 35 teaching staff at public high schools 1 Rowokele Kebumen district. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using regression analysis. The result shows that the goal specificity did not have positive significant effect on psychological empowerment, and that the goal difficulty has a significantly positive effect on psychological empowerment.
