The research instrument is an online questionnaire through an online platform – Google Form. The data will be analysed using SPSS software. Practically, this study will help the higher educational organisation and its management to identify the level of arrogance leadership, job commitment, and job satisfaction within its organisation. Theoretically, on the other hand, this study will be unique as it will focus on the Malaysian context.
