The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of teachers' ability to create KKM through workshops in Madrasah Al Maunah Aliyah, Madrasah Aliyah NU Assalafie and Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Beringin. The research method used is school action research. The search procedure is adapted to Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research is a participatory research that focuses on actions and reflections based on rational and logical considerations to improve practical conditions in practice. In addition, this action research also encourages a thorough understanding of the measures taken to solve the practical problems encountered in the training unit. Based on the results of the research and discussions, it can be concluded that the workshops enhance the ability of teachers to establish a KKM. In Cycle I, three of the five aspects of the evaluation of teacher activity did not meet the criteria. But in the second cycle, all aspects met the criteria. The results of the evaluation of KKM determination have also increased. At the beginning of the first cycle, 13 teachers (54.17%) scored below the criterion. But after the second cycle, 24 teachers (100%) met the minimum grade criteria. Similarly, the mean results of the KKM determination, which was 75 years at the undergraduate level and 85.83 at the second cycle. Keywords: Teacher ability; KKM; workshop.
