This study aims to describe students' learning achievement and reading interest along with testing the hypothesis of the correlation between reading interest and student achievement in Indonesian subjects in class XI TKR SMK Bina Karya, Tangerang Regency, 2018/2019. The type of research was descriptive correlational with a quantitative approach. The total population was 52 students and the sampling technique was nonprabability sampling. This research was called a population study. To collect the data, the researcher used instrument in the form of a questionnaire to measure students' reading interest by providing a set of statements. The result of learning achievement data by means of document studies in the form of values ??in the legger book and report. The findings were based on descriptive analysis that the overall student achievement has only reached 63.8% of the expected 100%. Reading interest reached 59.6% (low) than the expected 100%. The result of hypothesis test with t-test was = -3,480 with p-value = 0.000 ? 0.05. This means that there was a significant negative relationship between reading interest and student achievement in Indonesian subjects in class XI TKR SMK Bina Karya. The results of hypothesis testing with the F-test was = 12.112 with a p-value = 0.001 <0.05. It means that there was a linear relationship between reading interest and student achievement in Indonesian subjects.
