This study aims to describe the strategy of community empowerment, implementation of community empowerment, supporting and inhibiting factors of empowerment, and the success of community empowerment in the Tourism Village. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity technique uses source triangulation. Data analysis techniques in research using: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the empowerment strategy used five stages namely human resource development. Group institutional development. Fertilizing community capital. Development of productive businesses. Provision of appropriate information. Implementation of empowerment through the awareness stage, the transformation stage, the enrichment stage. The supporting factors for empowerment are community participation. The inhibiting factor is people who are not aware of tourism. Economic, social and cultural successes.
