This study aims to analyze learners' learning motivation, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of learning motivation of students in the package B equality program at PKBM Karya Agung, Cibodas, Tangerang City, Banten. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques and guidelines used are observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. The data source of this study consisted of 10 people, namely 3 tutors and 7 students. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that, students in the package B equality program at PKBM Karya Agung learning motivation has high enough results seen from intrinsic and extrinsic motivation such as self-desire to be better, satisfication with learning facilities and infrastructure, good habits in learning and so on. supporting factors and inhibiting factors of learning motivation of students in the package B equality program at PKBM Karya Agung, Cibodas, Tangerang City, Banten consist of internal are physical factor and external factors are non-physical factors.
