The hospital is a place where healthcare efforts for pharmaceutical services are aimed at improving patient safety, such as providing pharmaceutical supplies, medical devices, quality consumables and affordable for all levels of society, including clinical pharmacy services. One of the factors of mistakes that often occur in hospitals is the administration of drugs, mistaken administration of dangerous drugs if given is High Alert drugs. The most effective treatment for High Alert drugs is increasing vigilance in storage such as labeling, separation of storage of LASA (Look Alike Sound Alike) drugs, and special storage for high concentrated electrolytes.
