Paracetamol is the drug most often used to reduce fever. Pharmacological therapy performed by parents on children is very dependent on parents' knowledge of the drugs used and requires high adherence to the continuity of the therapy process. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of Posyandu Anggrek mothers about paracetamol medicine. This study used an experimental design with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was a total population of 30 respondents registered as members of Posyandu Anggrek, Sattowan, Pejagan Village, Bangkalan District, Bangkalan Regency in February. The data in this study were taken using a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that Posyandu Aggrek mothers knew better about applying, analyzing, and evaluating paracetamol as a fever medicine compared to knowing and understanding that paracetamol had other indications, namely as a pain reliever. Judging from the results of this study, Posyandu Anggrek women are included in the "sufficient" category regarding their knowledge of paracetamol medicine so that health workers, especially midwives on duty at Anggrek Posyandu, are expected to be more active in providing counseling on paracetamol medicine
