Abstract

Notary in making a deed needs to keep secret all forms of information obtained during the run position which is set in the code of conduct and the law office of a notary. However, the notary deed in general involve notary office administration staff. The purpose of this paper is to describe, identify, and analyze the role of the notary office administrative staff Kendari and Buton Utara in maintaining the confidentiality of the contents of the deed according to the code of ethics and the oath / pledge notary office.
