Nurses believe that humans are a fully retracted bio-psycho-socio-spiritual creature who respond to changes that occur partly because of health disorders and the overhaul of needs. Nurses try to help meet the client's spiritual needs as part of a client's total need, in part by facilitating the client's spiritual needs, even though nurses and clients do not share the same spiritual or religious beliefs. This study is intended to establish a correlation to the application of the nurse's spirituality to the fulfillment of the spiritual need in hospital imelda field. The kind of research used is a descriptive correlation with the design of cross sectional studies. Studies were conducted in June of 2019. The population of this study is all patients admitted to the inpatient imelda hospital, Indonesia workers, with over 350 people.Sampling techniques in this study are quotas sampling techniques and thus quota samples on this study as many as 35 people. As a result of an analysis of the hibation of the nurse's spirituality with the fulfillment of the patient's spiritual needs, 25 respondents (71.4%) addressed by meeting the patient's spiritual needs is met with the application of a good nurse's spirituality.Statistics with chi-square aced p.005 means there's a connection between the spiritual application and meeting of spiritual needs. It is hoped that the results of this study will be coordinated by the Indonesian worker imelda hospital in improved health care, in particular, the implementation of nursing care to meet the patient's spiritual needs.
