The correlation Between Ethical Abuse and Law Enforcement. Ethic and law are two interrelated things. Ethic is a measure of something based on conformity with the values of kindness, decency and propriety. While the law is right or wrong assessment is generally based on the written norm. When the law is understood as a technical procedural and formal, then the ethical aspect is often forgotten. There are actions that are considered unlawful, but it is still perceived good ethics. Moreover, vice versa, there are actions that are considered unethical, but it does not violate the procedural and formal law. Two things need to be synchronized in order to avoid dualism between ethical and legal meaning. DOI: 10.15408/jch.v1i2.1464
