This study aims for a) finding out the responds of Perbankan Syariah students of UNISNU Jepara about bilingual mini dictionary; and b) finding out the effectiveness of bilingual mini dictionary inincreasing students' English skill focused on banking transaction terms. The method used in this research is the experimental method with the population of Perbankan Syariah students by using purposive sampling technique. The results showthat: a) the responses of Perbankan Syariah students onproduct of bilingual mini dictionaryaregood; and b) the implementation of bilingual mini dictionary to the improvement of the students' English skill focused on banking transaction terms is effective and significant.
