Plenty of uses power of attorney to sell in sharia banking financing contracts is a potential problem regarding the validity of the selling power of attorney made during the binding of the financing contract and also problems regarding the execution of immovable property guarantees using a power of attorney to sell as a basis. The power of attorney to sell in Islamic banking financing contracts and its impact on the execution of immovable property guarantees are discussed in this study. The legal research method used is normative research with a normative juridical approach. The study concluded that the validity of the agreement in the power of attorney to sell is also determined by whether the financing contract in Islamic banking uses a mortgage guarantee or not, and that the execution of immovable collateral objects using the basis of a power of attorney selling must go through a lawsuit to the Religious Court first and must wait for a court decision.
