This study aims to find out what the purpose of decision making salted fish stocks in the traditional markets of Manado and knowing how decision making salted fish stocks by traders in Manado traditional markets. The method used in this study is a survey method. The variables measured in this study are the inventory (kg), demand (kg/year), wide stall (m2) and applicable fees (Rp). To determine the factors that influence the decision of salted fish stocks used multiple regression analysis Y= a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3. Decision-making salted fish inventory made by the vendors that supply salted anchovies continue maintained so that it can continue to meet market demand. Linear regression equation for making salted fish stocks in a Manado traditional market North Sulawesi is Y = 0.016 + 0.393 X1 + 0.185 X2 + 0.397 X3 with the relationship of R2 is 0,887 . Variable number of requests (X1), wide stall (X2), and applicable fees (X3) jointly affect the variable amount of salted fish stocks (Y). Variables that significantly influence the inventory decision (Y) is the number of requests (X1), wide stall (X2), and other applicable fees (X3).
