Maternal health, under-five health and prevention of transmission of infectious diseases are still the main priorities in the National development of the health sector. One way to implement this strategy is the Childbirth Planning and Complications Prevention (P4K) Program. The role of health cadres in posyandu has an essence that cannot be separated from health services, especially maternal and child health services. The role of cadres is juxtaposed with the role of midwives and other health workers. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres in helping midwives to carry out P4K in accordance with the goals and targets expected through the P4K book. The activity stages consist of education about P4K, conducting simulations and practices on how to provide education and filling out P4K stickers. The results achieved are an increase in knowledge before and after given education with an increase in the mean 90%, and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 with a t-value of -3.873. Participants are able to provide education about P4K to pregnant women and filling out P4K stickers.
