Stunting is still the main problem in toddlers, west Java province is one of the provinces with the prevalence of stunting above the national of 31.1%. This Community Service Activity aims to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres in preventing stunting through media-based education during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method of activity is carried out by several methods, namely intervention to increase knowledge and improve the attitude of posyandu cadres in this activity through media-based education conducted three times in stages. Implementation of through activities: counseling on stunting and how to prevent it. Cadres who participated in this activity as many as 18 posyandu cadres. The data were analyzed using univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate using paired t-test. The results showed that all posyandu cadres were very enthusiastic in participating in the series of activities. There was an average increase in cadre knowledge score of 8.7 and there was an average increase in attitude score of 14.0 after being given health education in preventing stunting through media-based education during the COVID-19 pandemic.
