The high prevalence of breast cancer needs to be prevented through breast self-examination (SADARI). This disease is found at a younger age, so teenagers need to do SADARI from an early age. SADARI promotions are carried out in the form of counseling at schools, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, booklet media can be an alternative promotion in the community. This activity aims to ensure that young women apply SADARI practices in their daily lives. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers and demonstrations. This community service was carried out on 50 teenagers, monitoring and evaluation in the form of pre and post tests, witnessed firsthand SADARI practice activities by teenagers. The results obtained were that all adolescents experienced an increase in knowledge with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, t value -8.481 and SADARI practice skills with a t value of -8.481.
