Most reproductive health problems occur in developing countries and tropical climates. Therefore, reproductive health in women needs serious attention. The sexual reproductive organs must be given good care like other organs of the body. Knowledge of reproductive organ hygiene should be disseminated to women of childbearing age. One way to increase the knowledge of women of childbearing age about personal hygiene in reproductive health is health education. This community service aims to increase the knowledge of Dharma Persatuan Wanita members about personal hygiene in reproductive health. The method of carrying out activities in the form of lectures/counseling and question and answer. The partner in this service is the Dharma Persatuan Wanita. Evaluation of the results of the activities was carried out through filling out questionnaires by participants after the activities were carried out. The results of the service show that there are 18 people who have good knowledge while 2 people have less knowledge. Health counseling activities should be carried out on an ongoing basis to the management and members of the dharma Wanita union with varied materials to increase the knowledge of the members of the Dharma Wanita Unity related to health.
