Coconut water contains high potassium and chlorine, so it has the opportunity to be developed into a nutritious product. This Community Service aims to provide knowledge and practice sweet soy sauce processing and increase the adding value of sweet soy sauce products in Sese Village, North Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency. The implementation method is observation, counseling, training, and discussion. Training on processing coconut water sweet soy sauce products can take advantage of the village's potential, namely coconut water. Based on the data from the training, the material provided was very easy to understand. It was shown that an average of 87.56% of participants understood the material that previously participants did not know about coconut water soy sauce, which was 66.17%. The hedonic test data analysis results showed that an average of 9 people liked the color and aroma, ten people liked the taste, and six people liked the texture of the coconut water sweet soy sauce. The discussion activity found that participants wanted assistance in making packaging, storage methods, and marketing methods.
