This study aims to explain the effect of proactive behavior and management changes on employee performance moderated by reward. The population in this study were employees of Pt. Sarana Lintas Caraka with a sample of 52 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The data processing method in this research is using SEM PLS software which is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that proactive behavior has no significant effect on employee performance, change management has a significant effect on employee performance, reward has a significant effect on employee performance, reward moderation can weaken the effect of proactive behavior on employee performance. Reward moderation is able to weaken the effect of change management on employee performance
