This study aims to determine and examine the effect of Training (X1) and Herzberg Motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with Work Commitment (Z) as the moderating variable. The research was conducted at AHASS Motor Dealer Mitra Gemilang (Cilincing Branch). This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire method. The population in this study were all employees who worked at AHASSMotor Dealer Mitra Gemilang (Cilincing Branch). The number of samples taken was 45 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is non-random sampling where the sample can be searched by using the quota sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM with a Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 approach. The results of the study indicate that the effect of training on employee performance is significant. The effect of Herzberg's motivation on employee performance is significant. The effect of work commitment on employee performance is significant. Moderation of work commitment can strengthen the effect of training on employee performance is significant. Moderation of work commitment can strengthen the effect of Herzberg's motivation on employee performance is significant.
